Challenge

One of the most important catalog-sales companies in the region had peaked in the acquisition of new affiliate sales people for their clothing and footwear products. It had been investing in digital media for years by then, but it wasn’t achieving any acceptable results.

Solution

In only four months, we were able to double the number of affiliates incorporated per invested peso. In addition, our team achieved a 300% productivity with regard to the productivity of the client’s internal team in terms of affiliate prospect conversion.

What we offered

We redesigned the affiliate acquisition strategy for the company. Initially, we analyzed the media performance and the campaigns in order to, subsequently, reconfigure the media mix and the search campaigns, and implement the new ones from scratch. To achieve this, we used tagging and end-to-end tracking technologies, including Hubpost sales and CRM modules.
